Conditions:
- Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials
- Items must be in new and unused condition
Missing Items or Damage in Transit:
- Claims of a lost or broken product (such as during transit) must be made within three business days of receipt of goods. This allows us to work with mail carriers to resolve the problem for you.
Limitations:
- The Satisfaction Guarantee does not include claims for missing items or damage in transit (see below).
- Original shipping costs are not refunded
- Customer pays for return shipping in most cases. If we made a mistake, we will pay for return shipping and replacement shipping at no expense to you.
How to Make a Return:
- Give us a call or send us an email about your need to make a return. We’ll send you an RMA # (Return Material Authorization number)
- Write the RMA # on the return box. Friendly Tip: We strongly recommend that you declare value with the carrier when returning products to us worth more than $100. Most carriers will not cover losses over $100 without additional insurance.
- Paying for return shipping:
- For general returns, customer pays for shipping fees
- If we made a mistake (e.g. sent the wrong product), you pay nothing; we cover the costs of return shipping and replacement shipping
- You will be issued a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned
- The original shipping costs are non-refundable
- All returns will be inspected prior to a refund being issued
