- Fits the full length of standard 7’ commercial doors to evenly distribute its weight. Can be cut and customized for any door
- Fasteners are covered by an architectural cap which cannot be removed by vandalism or abuse, providing complete security.
- Fire Rated ULC up to 90 minutes
- Available finishes: clear aluminum or duronotic bronze anodized
- Available in 83” for standard 7’ (84”) doors. (Contact us for lengths of 7’2”, 8’ or 10’).
- Made from Extruded Architectural Aluminum and is anodized to resist corrosion, ensuring an attractive appearance for the life of the hinge
Mounting
- For 1-3/4” doors. 48” maximum door width
- Can be used with any standard frame without hinge preps
- Mounts on face of door stile and face of frame/side jamb so entire hinge is visible when door is closed
- The frame face must have a flat surface at least 7/8” (22mm) wide
- Hinges are shorter than the door height to avoid threshold or carpet clearance problems
- Clearance required between the hinge edge of the door and the frame must be 1/32” (0.8mm)
- Mounting hardware included
